Linoleum Factory Openshaw Manchester
« on: Wednesday 20 October 21 12:59 BST (UK) »
Can anyone help please?
My great grandfather William Wilson b 1854 in Dysart Fife worked as a floorcloth block printer in Kirkcaldy up until around 1883. He then appears on the 1891 census at 42 Neden street Openshaw as an oilcloth printer.
Does anyone know of a lino factory in or near Openshaw back in 1880s/1890s?
