Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for relatives of Warrant Officer Class 11 - Herbert Charles Wells - Royal Artillery - buried Chingford Cemetery. Died 18/7/1940
Service No 6000469 - Regiment/Service: Royal Artillery, 265 Bty., 59 H.A.A. Regt.

The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.
