Perhaps the second one is Inishcreagh?

Looking on Griffiths there were Fergusons in these townlands
Tomregan
Enniskillen
Boho
Cleenish
Devenish
Inishmacsaint

So could be in the Cleenish, Devenish or Inishmacsaint.
I think the first letter is an "I'

For the McLachlan one I note that the record is from Scotland.  Not sure if the parties signed or made their marks.  If so it is worth noting that a Scots Vicar/recorder would probably write McLachlan and back in Ireland the name may have been McLoughlin.

Again going to Griffiths and using it in conjunction with the list of townlands, there is cross over between the family names (both lots) in Griffiths from a quick search ie some Foxes appear in the same townlands as Ferguson and McLachlan/McLoughlin

          1857, J... or I, but not H (Inish..) it’s the G of Ferguson.
 
Exactly, Sarah McLachlan = Scottish name.
I have a birth certificate "Sarah McGlauchlin" and baptism register "Sarah McLaughlin" of Sarah Fox.1859.Glasgow (an other complication for ireland search !). https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/McLaughlin_(surname) -

My suggestion is to do more research in Griffiths.  Griffiths was carried out mid 1800s so could be relevant for both marriages.
