Possible, I repeat possible, birth- Ellen McLoughlin born 8 Dec.1899 Annaghbeg, parents James McLoughlin & Sarah Quinn-
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1900/02012/1772692.pdf
Here's the same family-

Now, you'll need to verify this is your Helen McLaughlin (Ellen is the more common form of Helen in Ireland and the surname McLaughlin has many variations). Does Helen's death certificate list her parents? (her son, if he was the informant, may not have been sure of the names of his Irish grandparents).
Have you found Helen's arrival in America? New York is probably the most likely port of entry and passenger manifests for 1920s should list details of nearest relative in U.K. (be sure to check both pages for her arrival).

Welcome to RootsChat.
Do you mean you're trying to trace living relatives of your grandmother or are you seeking information about her immediate family in Dungannon, parents & siblings? We can help with the second task but not with the first. RootsChat is for tracing ancestry, not for finding living people.
Are Helen's son and granddaughter alive? If they are, you need to remove their names from your post. RootsChat has a strict privacy policy which does not allow publication of names of, or identifying information about people who may be alive on the open Forum. Click on "modify" at the top of your post to amend the content. You can alter your post within 24 hours of posting. If 24 hours has elapsed you need to ask a moderator to edit for you.
If you haven't already done so, please select the "Help" tab and read "Guidelines for Posting" from the menu on the "Help" pages., in particular the section which begins "Please do not post requests asking for help to find (possibly) living relatives". You'll also find links to topics "Searching for Living Relatives" and "Tracing Living Relatives" in that section.

Have you found your grandmother's birth registration on Irish Genealogy.ie website? This will show her official date of birth, place of birth, names of her parents, residence & occupation of her father + her mother's maiden surname. With that information you may be able to find the marriage registration of her parents + birth registrations of her siblings.

It's free to search. You have to prove you're not a robot and sign in each time you use it.

Helen should be on 1901 & 1911 census. This is also free to search on the National Archives of Ireland website.

Added. I see that aghadowey has found a family which may be Helen's.

Roryjoy7- when and where did Helen die? records might give an exact date of birth etc. which will confirm or rule out the Ellen McLoughlin I posted earlier.

Did Helen marry in Ireland or U.S.? Do you have names of her parents from her marriage certificate?

It isn't clear if Helen actually married since OP listed her son with the same surname as her maiden name.
