There is this family to look at  :-\
They are transcribed as Migan on Anc but the family are dittoed underneath ‘John M Migan’. When you look at the page, i think it could read Milligan.
Does John’s occupation match?

1901 3427 /72/7

101 Warwick Street

John M Migan 29 yrs Ship Store Clerk b Ireland
Margaret Migan   20 yrs b Liverpool
Mary Kate Migan 3 yrs  b Ireland
Annie Migan 1 yr b Liverpool

Children with Margaret when she departed were Mary K, 8, Annie, 7, Maggie, 5, John, 3, Katie, infant.

Mary Kate was born in Ireland in 1898.

The occupation matches the 1901 census.
