Hi lve found a record of a birth on ancestry 1906 in Liverpool, l know its the family lm searching for, but l cannot find it on GRO,, l know they had a few children before leaving UK for America.. Any help appreciated  thankyou

Yes lm really trying to locate the mulligan & the mcnicholas families in Liverpool, l have a marriage 1897, John mulligan and his wife Margaret had a few children in Liverpool but the only one l can find on GRO is Walter he died shortly after, lts proving difficult finding census with the family's on, they came from Ireland,, l just wondered why they are not on GRO,,
