Naval Document Of Great Grandfather

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this, as my grandmother would call it chicken scratch 

I can read the top bar and make out the names of the ships and the dates. The writing on the right I can't decipher and the bottom I've managed to get this so far...

First Line - “Deserted – 25th September 1920 *illegible* Constance *illegible*
Second Line - *illegible* Please inform eng section *illegible*
Third Line - *illegible* E/56439

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
