There isn't much to go on but my guess would be 1940s. When was he born Katie?

More likely to be 1920s I would say, I have one very similar of my Uncle that was taken in the 40s and that is what I based my guess on.

I would say he looks to be 25 - 30 years old in the photo, so that would put the years between 1922 - 1927.
