Deciphering Irish Place Name Longford, Ireland

Hi, I'd love some help figuring out what this says! It's a birthplace from the 1871 census - I can tell the first two words say Longford, Ireland, but I'm not sure about the third! Any help would be appreciated

Providing the name of the person in that census reference - and any wider contextual information -  might offer up readers an alternative approach to guessing the 1871 handwriting.

A misspelling of Tober does seem to be the most likely option! His name on the census is John Hall and he's living in Ramsey, Huntingdonshire

Some RC Halls baptised in Granard RC parish late 1700s. Don't see a John, but father's name John.
Protestant Halls in Templemichael and Moydow parishes.
