She may be the Blanche E. with the HOLLINS family in Coventry as a nursechild.  She is recorded with the surname HOLLINS.

Elizabeth remarried as a widow in 1895 to Charles Frederick CURZON(S) in Birmingham.  In 1901 they are in Coventry with Violet.

Charles' previous wife was Elizabeth HOUGH, daughter of Thomas, a butcher.  Elizabeth HAYNES witnessed the marriage.

Elizabeth wasn't a widow, it may have been more than seven years since she had seen Thomas or she knew that he had left the country so it was reasonably safe to remarry.

He married Katie MATHER in New York in 1896.  She was 24.  ::)

I also wonder about this marriage as he was missing in 1881.

Here he claims to be born in Scotland, but admits to having lived in Coventry.

In 1900 he is born in England as are his parents.  He says he arrived in 1879.

Hi Debra, thank you so much - i don't subscribe to the links that youv'e shared but i think you're right, looks like they both remarried, i just can't find any migration record.
