I wonder if 1861 for Nelson Street is 'missing'.  Arlington Street which is showing immediately before it in 1851 is damaged (RG9/94 f124a page 23) and I can't see Miller Street which came after it.

I have now found the enumerators walking route and it should be with Arlington Street. Will look again later

In 1851 a Henry Turmeau is listed in a Directory as a Carver & Gilder at 188 Tottenham Court Road – possibly Henry’s son, also Henry.

Also a partnership dissolved between H TURNMEAU and J DICKENSON of Totanham Court rd, carvers and gilders in 1850. (Actually 31 Dec 1849)

Have you tried putting that reference into the 1871 England census page and looking for likely matches.  Bear in mind that Ancestry are not good with transcriptions of unusual surnames

does this help ??

 :)

garstonite, have you viewed that tree. They have both Henry's dying in 1852, and two additional children, Emma and Annette Charlotte who I cannot find any evidence of, it also shows their death dates !!
