Birth & Death certificate
« on: Tuesday 23 November 21 13:11 GMT (UK) »
I'm having trouble finding a birth/death certificate of Bonnie Ellingsen.
Her parents were Gertrude nee Pontin and Albert, George Ellingsen they married in 1912 Ballarat. On Gertrude's dc it states in 1967 her daughter Bonnie was deceased, they had two other children, Albert and Ida were noted to be deceased on their mothers dc in 1967, Oral family history says Bonnie died as a child?

Thanks
Brooker, Creagh Curran, Ellingsen, Evans, Hatton, Ryan, Slade, Campbell, Flett

A person named Bonnie is not mentioned in her father's 1947 death notice.
Only Ida and Conrad (Con)

Another tribute  to Bonnie with the married surname slightly wrong

Can you confirm there are three  names on the Death Certificate  for children.

Also, who was the person Informing for the death (Informant)?
