Looks like Brashier - maybe a brazier?

If daughter Sarah is the one baptised at St Thomas Charterhouse on 6 March 1848, William was a musician at that time.

Musician on marriage too in 1846. I too wondered about ‘brazier’. (Brashier)

I haven't been able to find exactly who he married yet. I believe it's Sarah, in 1846 but I can't seem to 100% confirm that yet. I'll see if I can find his son, William's, baptism info.
Thanks for your amazingly quick responses

As watches have many brass parts, that would make some sense to me.  Seeing more of the recorded script might help.

I think he married Sarah Winslade on 27th December 1846 at St Philip, Bethnal Green.
He was a musician of 19 Vincent Street. His father Richard, a Shoemaker.

I based this on that baptism from earlier.
