Cause of Discharge: King's Regulations Paragraph 392 (xvi), meaning "no longer physically fit for service". Do you think the men with service numbers 117812 and 6454 are the same man?

The chap below (117812) was discharged due to "DAH" (disorderly action of the heart).
Address: 27 Cotton Street, Dingle.
Served from 15 April 1919 to 7 November 1919 (207 days).

UK, British Army World War I Service Records, 1914-1920
Name:   James McDonough
Enlistment Age:   18
Birth Place:   Dingle, Lancashire, England
Military Date:   1915  [should be 1919?]
Regimental Number:   117812
Regiment Name:   The King's (Liverpool) Regiment

Thanks both for time and input
I have learnt alot from both your answers
The person I'm trying to help has been vague with details about James and unsure whether he survived the War
I wasn’t sure he had the right James in 4th King's who died 1916
Appears now he was born 1884 so not this 18 year
Will try and extract more information from him
Cheers

Hillcrest how did you find his address from Silver badge card ?

Army papers for James McDonough 6454 have survived. Born around 1884, lived in Woolton, mother Mary. Wounded in 1915 and discharged.

The 1914-15 medal roll says he was killed in action in August 1916....possibly a mistake?

The Family think this is him rejoining again but dying in 1916

Because he was the Brother of their Granddad they don't even know if he survived the War or not or that this is him.

Soldiers Effects show pay to Mother named Mary and several Family members

Don't know if a Dependents Pension paid that would confirm this Mary was the right Mother
