Bedford House on Highfield Road, King’s Norton?

I have a marriage certificate for Bloomah Frankel from January 1873, which notes she was married at Bedford House on Highfield Road, King’s Norton, Birmingham. I'd like to find out more about Bedford House, who lived there, etc, but am having trouble finding Highfield Road on the 1871 English census. It wasn't either of the parties to the marriage or the witnesses apparently. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Highfield Rd appears on the 1871 census at Edgbaston, Kings Norton. RG10/3082

From the description of the Enumeration District:
"Part of the Parish of Edgbaston, comprising New Bridge St, Enfield Place, George Rd, Bridge Rd to Bridge, Frederick Place ... Harbourne Rd, Highfield Rd, Islington Row."

As is so often the case when I look at a map, what I'm looking for is on the join of 2 maps.  Bedford House shown here in 1882 just off the map, I can't seem to find the adjoining map from this time.

In 1871 Bloomah Frankel age 30 was living as a niece in Edgbaston with Myer Myers age 70 born Prussia and his family  His wife Rebecca's maiden name was Frankel

Using Anc trees - in 1871 and 1881  I think Myer's son Maurice Myers was living at 5 Highfield Road as shown below in 1881

Looking at the maps Maddy and Ruskie posted and looked at the approximate area on Streetview I noticed this blue plaque on the present day Highfield Nursery https://openplaques.org/plaques/1611 that refers to the property being 3-4 Highfield Road.

I wonder whether as Maurice Myers was living at 5 Highfield House between 1871-1881 which would be just the south of present day Highfield Nursery that this was also Bedford House and Bloomah was living with this relative when she married

Thanks Maddy, Ruskie and Kay for your helpful contributions to this puzzle. I think Kay is probably right with the suggestion that Bedford House in  Maurice Myers home  at 5  Highfield Road. Now finding him on the census 1851 through to 1881, I see no mention of 'Bedford House' and no mention of  it in the Street Directories either, but  the  first map confirms its rough  location.

Sometimes census addresses can be written slightly differently in different censuses, even if the family are living that the same address. Follow the enumerator’s walk, look at neighbouring addresses, and try to track it on a map, which might clarify. 

Some lovely houses on that road. Would have been even nicer in 1871.
