Findmypast can't access Family Tree
« on: Sunday 28 November 21 16:26 GMT (UK) »
Any one else having issues opening their family tree on Findmypast. I have contacted them - no reply yet.

This is the message I am getting:

Something went wrong

Try refreshing the page. That should take you back to your tree, or on to the login page if you’ve accidentally logged out.

They had problems with trees earlier in the week. Might have been the back end of whatever it was then,
Looking at ALSTON in south Ribble area, ALSTEAD and DONBAVAND/DUNBABIN etc. everywhere, HOWCROFT and MARSH in Bolton and Westhoughton, PICKERING in the Whitehaven area.

Census information is Crown Copyright. See www.nationalarchives.gov.uk for details.

There are still ongoing issues with FindMyPast Family Tree. Tree opens, but you can do nothing with it. The following message appears in a sidebar:

Something went wrong
Try refreshing the page. That should take you back to your tree, or on to the login page if you’ve accidentally logged out.

If the problem still persists, contact our Customer Support team.

Their technical team are working on it…
