Faded or Misted old photo of uncle Daley

Hello , I wondered if someone could " liven " up this old and faded photo please . It is old , my great great aunt and uncle Daley were born in 1869 . It would be nice if it was clearer though , thanks .

From what I can see in japeflakes's work, it looks maybe late 1930s to me
