Hi Mark, Is there any chance of a better scan? If it could be scanned at a resolution of 300dpi and in colour mode and a file size of just below 500kbs would give us more to work with. This a very small file at just 38kbs.

Yes that's a common problem Mark, you will need to rename the file if you upload it again.
