Kent family - Treasured Photo

I wanted to make sure what I'm asking for is allowed or even possible before I post my picture.

I have a picture of 2 of my uncles and my godmother from the 50's. They are at some kind of party. I wondered if it would be possible for someone to remove other unknown party guests from the picture (especially 1 guy who is pulling a funny face), as without them it would be such a lovely picture and I would love to have it made into a plaque for my uncle and godmother's headstone at the cemetery.
