Birth Not Registered - Rose Weeks

I can't seem to find the Birth Date of Rose Durnell (nee Weeks). I have the Census information for 1891 through 1911 that all say she was born in late 1873 or early 1874, in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England, which makes sense as all the family come from there, although oddly the 1881 Census says she was born in Wales. I can find no Birth details, Date, Baptism or similar for 1873 or 1874, anywhere. I've searched exhaustively in Ancestry and FamilySearch, and the UK Government Registry Office to no avail. I know when and where she was Married, and Died. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Her marriage record says her father was Thomas Shadrick Weeks. But could she have been adopted by the Weeks? No relationship given to head of household in 1881 and her listing is out of sequence as to age.

On 1881 there is no relationship to Thomas next to Sophia, so not marked as daughter.

that's why I wondered whether she might have been adopted - informally of course in that era. Possibly a relative

I think Mary E Weeks was Mary England

2 of the Weeks boys are living together in Rhondda in 1911, so looks like the family have Welsh connections as Wales is shown for Sophia's place of birth in 1881.

LizzieL and jaywit: AHH! I hadn't noticed that the 1881 Census was missing a relationship. Well spotted! Maybe the "Wales" entry wasn't an accident too then? I have tried an extensive search using "Wales" but to no avail. The thought that she might be adopted went through my mind too, but I have no idea how to prove that. I'm fairly sure that Mary Elizabeth Weeks was Mary E England too, but have only just started in that direction.
Marmlady: I hadn't found that reference. Could you tell me where you found it please?

Can't find Thomas Weeks and Mary England's marriage, but looks like his parents might be William Weeks and Selina Cantle, maybe they were from Wales.
I think Mary England's parents were Francis and Charlotte nee edwards
