He is the only Alfred Barber born at the right time in the right place in that census.

The marriage certificate would confirm his father’s name and occupation.

Yes the Barber children were baptised at St Patrick’s and lived in Livesey Street in 1891.
St Patrick’s marriage records aren’t available online.
