Childrens Registers of state wards 1850-1893

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to access this register. I'm looking for details of Henry Carre Gorey (b. 1856).  I've accessed some basic details through ancestry.com, which shows a Henry Clune with a cross reference to Henry Gory in Vol No:OS3 - page 272 but wondering if I could access more details. His mother was Eliza Farrell who married George Gorey. She later married Martin Clune.

Just go to the PROV website and enter his name in the top search box.  The records are digitised.
