Journalists in 1900
« on: Saturday 05 February 22 19:43 GMT (UK) »
Hello,

I have a relative who in 1891 was a journalist on a local paper in the Durham area. He moves with his wife and family between 1893 and 1895 to be a journalist in London, and by 1901 is earning enough to employ a servant.

Are there any records that might show which newspaper(s) he might have worked for?

This link may be of assistance: https://scoop-database.com/
Also, search for journalist names in the TNA database. https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/
