The couple are showing in 1871,81 and 91 with their family in the Llanarth Parish  of Monmouthshire.Charles is then shown as a Widower in 1901.There is also a Marriage of a Charles Lewis and a Mary Summers  in the Monmouth District of Monmouthshire in 1868.

To add to the evidence - children on 1871 are William Edward and Albert. Matching birth registrations on GRO in Abergavenny, mother's maiden name Summers
