Surname PEEL Ireland
« on: Friday 04 March 22 11:12 GMT (UK) »
Hi there

I'm looking for any information on a Jeanie PEEL, pre 1883, Ireland, maybe Dublin (that's where she married). Had 1 sister named Kathleen, and 1 brother named Alexander.

Thank you in advance

Cheers
Leanne

Presume she married in 1883 - who to?

Although she married in Dublin - was she actually born there?  Have you found her on the 1901 census to establish her birthplace & birthyear?  http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

Do you have a copy of the marriage cert showing her fathers name?

Carole beat me to it - but posting what I had written!

Leanne - it would be helpful if you provided the date of her marriage and her married name please.

There are 2 marriages for a bride named Jeannie Peel (one a Jeannie E Peel) - but both in Belfast. These are on the free website Irish Genealogy. One in 1882 and one in 1904.

When was your Jeannie married please and what was her husband's name? Where have you found her marriage?

Sorry about the questions, but we need a little more info from you in order to try and help.
