Alders Paper Mill Staff Photographs

My Paternal Grandfather was born in Tamworth, and lived in one of the cottages in Alders Yard. His father Vivian Welburn and Grandfather William Hodgson Welburn was a commercial traveller for Alders Paper Mill. I would dearly love to find a staff photo with my Great, and Great Great Grandfather on it.
Another of my great grandfathers brothers George Welburn worked there when the mill caught fire and managed to get out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would love to see what they looked like.
