Whittaker/Bradshaw Children Ashton Under Lyne Lancs.

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to restore this photo? It is of my grandmother Mary Agnes Bradshaw (far right at back) who married Harold Seel and died at age 29. I only had one photo of her until recently when my mother died and it was found amongst her things.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Whittaker (originally from Newchurch, Rossendale then Manchester) and Seel (Manchester).
