Matthew was my great grandfather
My son has down a pencil drawing of Jane Gray Anderson
- if that is on any interest
I think she was the first Orcadian to be awarded an LRAM - or so family legend goes!

Could you give some more info please

Who was Jane Gray Anderson in relation to Matthew - wife/mother/sibling? 

As you have posted on the Beginners board we don’t know which country or county Matthew or Jane came from or when they were born etc.  As you refer to her as an Orcadian - presume it was the Orkney’s?

Jane Gray Anderson was,I think, the daughter of Matthew.
An LRAM is licentiate of the royal college of music
