Restoration 1957 Red Chevy

I have a cousin who loved his red 57 Chevy.  I would like to have this restored for him, please. Hope this is not too much to ask.  If possible, I would like the border and houses removed, but keep the trees.  Perhaps have the photo lightened, and would like the silver-gray Chevy included with the red Chevy.  The street is an odd color and if it can be made a more life-like color, that would be wonderful. I realize it is really damaged and is only a vintage photo but anything you can do to improve it will be greatly appreciated. Scanned at 1200 DPI. Thank you very much.
