I might ask you to find my missing George for me….missing since 1851!

Would you like me to message you the details or post it here?

Maybe it is time to restart the search for him on here - I know I have already tried and failed but the more people looking the better  ;D

I quite agree, at this present time posts on rootschat are not overwhelming so now's the time to bring out the elusive's.

I’ve got one - Ada Ball. I’m sure I posted on RC about her some time ago, but cannot find the post. Here’s a brief rundown if anyone fancies trying to find a death for her.

Born 1864 Dyrham/Hinton, daughter of George Ball and Ann
Marries (1) Henry George Passey in Dyrham, 1894. 3 children born in Haulbowline, Cork, where Henry dies in 1900.
Marries (2) David Ward in Alverstoke, Hampshire. Another son born 1905. David dies 1924 in Gosport.
Have her on all censuses up to 1911.
Possible entry in 1939 register as a paying guest in a household in Alton, Hampshire.

Mullingar, Westmeath Ireland: Gilligan/Wall/Meagher/Maher/Gray/O'Hara/Corroon (various spellings)
Bristol: Woodman/James/Derrick
Bristol/Somerset: Saunders/Wilmot
Gloucestershire:Woodman/Mathews/Tandy/Stinchcombe/Marten/Thompson
Wiltshire: Mathews
Carmarthen: Thomas, Lewis
Australia: Mary Lewis, transportee, married Henry Brown - what happened to her?
