Thank you for the suggestion but I have nothing like that on my screen. I am working on an old version of FTM.

Everything I try it still puts in the combined dates. I will for now just make a note of the correct year.

Sorry Retriever but I cannot remember how it worked in the older versions but it must surely be in something called Tools or Options or something similar.

No mention of Tools or Options anywhere. I’ve been into everything there is there and some I can’t access unless I sign up.

It seems I’m stuck with it.
