Are both parents given on this marriage ? Deciphering help

I'm having trouble reading all of this and hoping it is for my ancestor which will take me to next generation

I believe it starts
William Jones  batchelor son of wm JONES Butcher and wife Jane 
He's 20

Another line has Jane Thomas she's 23  but it looks like it says by his wife Ann after that

They  are of the same parish
I'm wondering if her name was formerly something else
And can anyone read the witnesses names ?

? EVANS farmer  by Ann he is wife

Were married in this church by banns this 18th day of July 180?

Ann is consistently older than William in all the censuses
And it's so useful that both names of parents are given

Though I have a 1783  baptism which gives William s mother as Elizebeth

Could be Nic^s [Nicholas] Jones and Jane Hague.

Hague looks right .not a surname I've come across in Llanorman Flintshire Wales  yet
