Would appreciate any help figuring out the cause of death on the first death on this page. (Sarah Carey, 51)

Having a squint...

I see "[...] disease, 6 months, syncope, certified". I'm trying to make the first word say 'cardio' (or, with a dose of imagination 'cerebro') but no idea on the second word yet.

It's worth noting that there are several "cardiac disease" "cardiac failure" on the entire page, all as "cardiac" rather than "cardio", which is partly what's putting me off. What is a Odual anyway?  :-\ I was googling various spellings hoping to get somewhere close  ???

The 1st word does look slightly different, Cardio/Cardiac but as for 'Odual', I don't know, it's what it looks like, may be 2 valves of the heart?

my best guess had the third letter as a "g"  ::) havent found one as confusing as this in a while. No idea what Odual is, thought it could just be "dual" and what we're seeing as an O is from the word above. I really dont know!

I thought the first word was cerebro.  There could be a number of choices for the completion of the word on the second line but I can't fathom it out.

I wonder if it is supposed to say "Cerebrovascular disease"?
