The handwriting doesn't help, but it's a record of the chap's marriage - quite commonly found in RC baptism registers. A translation:

Charles Alphonsus McKeon married Kathleen Frances Johnson on 15 Feb 1963 at the church of Our Lady of the Annunciation, Bishop ?, Liverpool.

I'm not sure what comes after 'Bishop' - it looks like Eton, but someone more familiar with Liverpool and/or its churches may have a better idea. (Or, rather than a place, is it connected with the signature?)
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

Our Lady of the Annunciation Bishop Eton is how it describes itself now, and it's in Wavertree - more detail at

https://www.bishopeton.org.uk/who-we-are/history.html

The history is a little complex, but that page tells you how it got the various bits of its name.
