can anyone please help me figure the family out please

in 1911 census we have elsie nothers b1898 b hunslet, friend nothers b 1900 b hunslet, william nothers b 1903 b hunslet.  there birth records onGRO show mothers madian name as ackroyd. they are living with smith burton and rose ann whos madian name is mirfield, who are said to be their aunt/uncle.
now within the census record there are other nothers children. annie nothers, herbert nothers and florrie nothers.
now when searching these on GRO i have found them but their records are as follows....... annie nothers ackroyd b 1892 leeds, herbert nothers ackroyd b 1894 leeds, florrie nothers ackroyd b 1895 holbeck. their mothers madian name is mirfield.

rose ann who was a mirfield was not married before marrying smith burton .

i cannot find the kids on 1901 census.

who are the other nothers children on the census who as born as ackroyds with mothers name mirfield  and how are smith burton and rose ann mirfield aunt/uncle ?

can anyone help me find the parents of elsie, friend and william ackroyd or 1901 census of them. any help to untangle this would be very greatly recieved

It might be two different mothers. If you can find William in the 1891 census, it might offer a clue.

William and Martha might not have married. Try to find both in the 1891 census records, to see who they were with and where.

If you check for the (any) online baptism records below, it should confirm the mothers' first names. If there aren't any baptism records, you may need to purchase a couple of the birth certs.
One of the MMN Mirfield certs, and one of the MMN Ackroyd certs -- for comparison.

By the way, it looks like there was an additional daughter - Elizabeth.
Note: There are two Criminal records for Friend Nothers/Ackroyd on FindMyPast. Dates: 1923 and 1926. Looks like he is recorded under both surnames. Newspaper reports say he was stealing.

This is a possibility for Martha's death, and why the children are with their aunt in Bradford in 1911.

Deaths Mar 1909
NOTHERS    Martha    46    Holbeck    9b   248

The only Yorkshire marriage for a William Nothers, in the appropriate timeframe, is this one.

Marriages   Dec 1912
Nothers    William      Perry     Hunslet    9b   1026

On the 1882 marriage to Tom Ackroyd, Martha Mirfield is 22, daughter of Daniel, a cloth weaver. Image on Ancestry. Her age in 1891 is 30.
