Hi I'd like some help with an old photo that's on an postcard, the pictures blurry, how is the best way to do this, any help appreciated

Is the old photo blurry or is it coming out blurry when you try to photograph it ?

Is the aim to make it less blurry or are you just trying to scan the postcard ?

I'm trying to make it less blurry and make out the writing on the postcard, to guess who the people may be.

If you can post the image I maybe able to help, I have some software that may improve things.
