Death Certificate - Mary SHEPHERD 25th February 1870

Hello,

Can anyone help me decipher Mary Shepherd's death certificate?

I am sure it says she was an almswoman but I am not sure where she died apart from it looks like Christian Union ??  John Street ? Edgware??

Also not sure who was present at her death apart from Mary Ann ? of 30 William Street, Lissom Grove, was hoping for a family member and maybe she is!

Lisson  Grove  is  not far  from  Edgware Road Marylebone/ Paddington
Have  you  looked1871  census for the Lisson Grove address

Louisa Maud,

She died on 25th February 1870, I believe she is my 3rd Great Grandaunt.   I found her on the 1851 Census when she was staying/visiting her brother James John Olive in Hammersmith.  She was aged 60 then and born in Brentford, Middlesex.   

So that makes her Mary Olive, born in 1791.  Her brother James John Olive was born in 1797.

I have not been able to find any other meaningful reference to her and was hoping her death certificate would give me some more clues!

Louisa Maud,

I have taken a look at the 1871 Census for the area - there are two streets - Upper William Street and Lower William Street.   So far not found anything helpful - gone down several rabbit holes though!    Will take another look!

I think the witnesses surname might perhaps be Stevens.

I tried  to  look back on tbe Olive family  but  not  much joy, one census  I  found  a whole family of Olive but a sign of Mary Ann although this particular  Olive family  did  have a  child Mary  Ann  but I  didn't  convince  myself
Yes, I  thought the surname was Stevens
