Hi Lala85xx. What was the name of your mother from Ballymaguigan? Regarding Thomas Lennox born  1875-he would be a different Thomas Lennox than the one or two Thomases mentioned in this message.

There is a death for a Thomas Lennox Aug 21, 1875, Aughrim, George Hughes present. Jane, the daughter of Thomas Lennox and Margaret Lennox, married George Hughes in 1848 at Woods Chapel so this must be him. Thomas is married, age 85. Is there a writeup or death notice for Thomas which might name other children than Jane Hughes nee Lennox?

Jane Hughes nee Lennox, wife of George Hughes who was present at the death of Thomas Lennox in 1875, died July 7, 1908 in Aughrim. Perhaps an obituary/writeup/death notice might reveal the names of any siblings that she may have had.  Might solve a big mystery about Thomas Lennox of Aughrim, her father.

Another possibility is the death of George Hughes who died Jan 21, 1892 in Aughrim. Perhaps a writeup for him would name Lennox relatives. I have my fingers crossed.

I have checked the British Newspaper Archives for mention of any of these three deaths but did not find any mention. Hopefully, there are other sources for these death notices.
