Chester Inventory 1722 - Help with Latin

The attached is a note written at the bottom of an inventory on 10 Oct 1722. The inventory was made 9 May 1722.

I’m assuming this refers to probate as probate was proved 10 Oct 1722.

I know that probates are generally the same but sometimes they do give a little extra evidence.

Also, was it usual for information about the probate to be recorded on the inventory? I haven't seen this before on other inventories I have.

I believe inventories sometimes had to be exhibited, so the first word may be an abbreviation of "Exhibitum" (was exhibited).

Probably all this is saying is that the inventory was exhibited, with the names of the people involved, which are not very legible.

Essentially agreeing with Watson, it almost certainly reads ...

Ex(hibi)t(u)m p(er) Ex(ecu)tricem &c. cu(m) p(ro)testac(i)one &c.
Presented by the executrix etc., with declaration etc.

(The initials/name underneath will presumably be the church official who handled it.)

Thank you for your translation. It was very helpful even thought nothing more is learnt about this fellow - at least I know that. Besides, its good to have complete transcriptions.
