If Eleanor says in 1911 she has had 2 children and one has died …
Is it possible either …she decided she couldn’t  cope with another and put died on the form as justification
Or, was she told he had died and was whisked away?

What happens to Willy Milde junior after 1911?

Side tracked to a friend’s very interesting Norfolk families. MORGAN, PRATT, HORNOR, SUCKLING, GLEANE etc. And in London DOWNES, du CROZ, MORGAN (same MORGANs as the Norwich lot)

Finally, goodness that took a lot of effort!

RICHTHOFEN, RAYMOND  OTTO     GAMLIN
GRO Reference: 1907  D Quarter in BRENTFORD  Volume 03A  Page 149

MILDE VON RICHTHOFEN, WILBY  HANS EARL    GARVAN
GRO Reference: 1907  M Quarter in HENDON  Volume 03A  Page 293

just confirming two different mothers as we already knew. But it was annoying me that I could not see the registrations!

A big thank you to all contributors to this thread.  It looks really promising.  Ordering Peter Eric Milde's birth certificate seems to be the next step.

Annette could you send me the link to this tree, please?  I haven't been able to find it.

Easily found just putting in her full name comes up with 1 in family trees.   When you click on that it brings up 5 entries and I've been using the Milde/Williams family tree.

Anyway, this is the full link (don't know how to do the short version):

https://www.ancestry.co.uk/family-tree/person/trace/115269463/212202584437/facts

(By the way, tree states Eleanor was in Canada 1965 but that's not her, it's someone else (Eleanor Von Richthofen went out to Canada in 1959 but she was born 1924).
