Need to start again.  Just one page of a will in Latin that is for either Alice Shudd or her husband John?  1467c Sudbury, Suffolk

Any help with this much appreciated.

Sick in body, but sound in mind
Soul to God, the Blessed Virgin Mary and all the saints
Body to be buried in the cloister of the Dominican brothers in Sudbury
To the high altar of the church of St Peter, 3s. 4d, for forgotten tithes
To the church of St Gregory, 3s. 4d, for repairs
To the Dominican brothers at Sudbury, 5 marks, for repairs
To the brothers at Clare, 3s. 4d
For a chaplain to celebrate mass at St Peter’s for a year after my death, for my soul, relatives and all faithful departed, 8 marks 6s. 8d
To Alice, my wife and her assigns for ever, a tenement with appurtenances in the parish of All Saints; all household furniture, implements and valuables, to do as she wishes; 20 pounds in money
Twopence-worth of bread to be distributed to the poor on Fridays for 4 years after my death
To my son William, 10 marks
To my son John and his assigns for ever, a tenement with appurtenances in the vill of Herwych, to do as he wishes
To my daughter Letitia and her children, 7 marks
To fund these legacies, my capital messuage and tenements to be sold by my executors for the best price
To Emma Goldyng, 6s.
If William my son wishes to buy the tenement he lives in, he should have first refusal
The residue of my estate to my executors, Simon Sparowe and William Gebelon of Sudbury, to attend to the will, debts, funeral, charitable bequests etc.; 20s. to each of them for their labours
Proved at Lambeth, 24 April 1467, administration to William Gebelon, executor, to submit inventory and accounts by 24 June next; power reserved to grant administration to William Spilman*

* Simon Sparowe, the other named executor, is not mentioned in the probate.
