Mary Shellot - was Shellot a middle name, or her married name do you think?
I have never heard the name Welthan before.
I am not at all familiar with the area so I don't know of the likelihood of one of their children being born in Deptford, need to check the distance, seems a bit odd.
I can see by all of this that I need to look outside the square more in terms of the names e.g. Cocke - Cox etc.

James Higham born 1663?? St Mary, Bermondsey, a seaman married Johanna Bonbridge, he was a bachelor and she a spinster the witness was John Bonbridge, 28 August 1679 St James, Duke Place. They had 5/6 children: Sarah Higham 22 March 1684 St Mary Magdalene church in Bermondsey, Southwark; James Higham 20 August 1690-30 January 1694; Mary Shellott b.18 September 1692 St Olave, Bermondsey; Welthan Higham 25 December 1693 St Olave Bermondsey-died 11 June 1694; James Highman (possible baptism 5 October 1699 Deptford?) d.28 September 1701 St Olave, Bermondsey.
Robert Cocke a tobacconist married Margaret Jones married 28 January 1671 St Mary, Newington. They had six children: Robert & Mathew 5 February 1672 Christ Church, Thomas Coxe 1677; Mary Cocke 30 December 1683, John Cocke 12 April 1685 St Mary, Bermondsey, Robert Cox 12 January 1689 St Mary, Bermondsey.
John Cox (Cocke) (1685) a carpenter married Sarah Higham on 20 October 1705 St Olave, Bermondsey. Southwark, by Banns. Sarah and John had seven children: Sarah Cox 16 May 1709, Mary Cox 20 July 1712-7 August 1712 and Mary Cox 24 October 1714, Robert Cox 20 March 1719 c.12 April 1719-d.21 June 1720, Susannah 22 October 1721-8 July 1722, Martha Cox 23 June 1723, William Dunning Cox 16 May 1727.
