Two handwritten documents

Could someone be kind enough to decipher the handwriting on these two documents.  I think I've mastered the 1834 one but the second defeats me!  I think they refer to the same man.

The second one is the appointment of Henry Harrison as a Commissioner For Oaths.

And the hand written bit is a list of counties and towns
