Eric in the RAF can someone please clean and colour this photo

Can some kind person please clean and colour my dad's RAF uniform.
I saw some WW2 pics in colour recently and they were amazing.

The picture is quite dirty,finger marked,does anyone have any tips on how to freshen it up?

Could have done better with higher (at least 300dpi) scan but here's a quick one for you without AI enhancments.

The photo is only 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches,so sorry I couldn't scan it any larger.
Maybe when we see the family next Sunday for Father's Day someone could make it larger for me.

PatBot- thank you so much,colour really brings him to life.He died age 46 when I was a young teenager so I never got a chance to talk to him about his RAF service.
