Dating a photograph maybe Paddington London

Hello,
I understand this is a long shot as it is not a very good quality photograph but i was just wondering if anybody recognises the  advert/billboard poster in the back of this picture.
The photograph was more than likely taken in the paddington area of London.

Could you make it a bit smaller?

Smaller but clarity is not good.  It could be any inner urban area - I've seen such sign boards in 1950s-60s in London and Manchester for e.g.

A guesstimate of date  would be 1930s-50s by the lady's hair and  clothing

Depends what we all see on the billboard doesn't it    to me it looks like a little girl with a big floppy old fashioned hat like a dairy maid but I'm sure we all see different things. 

PS You can do a search for old billboards from that era and lots of pictures come up to see if anything stands out.  Long shot.

I agree with Gadgets date range, it is a style that crosses the decades. I see a Holly Hobbie style little girl.
