WWI Pension

Hi everyone, I've just found this pension record but I cant understand almost any of it beyond name, address, date of discharge.

Can anyone help me to understand it please if possible.

I writing down the left side does not really matter it just shows the offices that the document/s went through in the pension process.

Thank you ShaunJ & Crumblie, I had wondered what all those scribbles meant. Its interesting to know about his injury, it sounds very painful when you look it up.

The Silver War Badge Rolls (badge number B15524) record that he was medically discharged from the Army on the 23 September 1918 having enlisted on the 7 September 1914.

Did you get his date of enlistment from somewhere I could get a document from? I do not have any information about his service other than his pension card.
