Can some one help with this please?
I think it reads "Edward Smith gentleman of Tedgley Lodge.." but I can't decipher the rest other than Latin 'fuit' (was).

Thanks, I'm guessing died or was buried is the missing middle bit but it would be nice to know what it says:D
