Diary summary week ending 26th June
« on: Monday 20 June 22 08:07 BST (UK) »
Good  morning  folks
Here we are at the beginning of another  week,

Last  Monday  on the way to Sussex I  filled  my Fusion up, just over £50  and a few  pence ,  yesterday filled it again to do a mileage check,  £59  and a  few pence, a   big  jump in less than a  week.

Rain thunder and  lightning  again  last  night  but this  morning it  looks beautiful, the garden  needed it

Hope  you have all  had  a  good  weekend and a  good one to come

Louisa Maud

I am here LM  :).

I hope you had a good week in Sussex.  I know what you mean about the M25, I used to enjoy driving on it when it was only part completed.  It is a lovely day here in Somerset but too warm for me to sit in the sun.  I did try to do some much needed weeding but we really need some rain to soften the ground.

I'm here too - eventually! Was forgetting again that we're into a new week, even though I know it's Monday!

Went for a walk on the beach today, haven’t done that for a while, it was such a beautiful day and lovely to walk by the sea, I really enjoyed it. Then in the garden this afternoon, warm and sunny 🌞.

Had a day of casual croquet yesterday.
Lazing in the sun this afternoon - morning was a little chilly.

Temperatures still on the low side - 18C.

Midsummer Day tomorrow- need some heat ;)

We are expecting it to feel like 43 tomorrow.  I have a dental appointment, cleaning and check up, at 11, very nearby and air conditioned so I will survive.  The past few days have been pleasant, yesterday was beautiful for Father’s Day, saw his daughter and her two little girls briefly. Raining today and both arthritis and sciatica were acting up yesterday and today.
