TRINIDAD - Alfred Ernest Albert HARRAGIN (cricketer) -Who was his father?

Alfred Ernest Albert HARRAGIN was a famous Trinidadian cricketer b: 4 May 1877, Port of Spain, Trinidad; died 21 May 1941, Port of Spain. He was also a decorated veteran of the Trinidad Contingent of the West India Regiment in World War I, serving in Egypt and Palestine. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) for his leadership in Palestine.

I have learned a lot about him, but can't find any mention of his parents. I would be happy if anyone can direct me to church or civil records for Trinidad or if they have any ideas on where else I might search. I'm following this Harragin line as it marries into my own, but this one has me stumped!

I cannot see a birth record for Albert. Don’t know who his mother was (yet).
Looks as if his father was George Francis Robert “Harris” HARRAGIN – a civil servant.
In 1918, his father a widower, aged 64, married in Surbiton England, for a second time to Christobel FOWLER
The marriage record states that George Harragin’s father was John Stephen Harragin (deceased) – inspector of Police Trinidad.

In 1914 George arrived at Southampton accompanied by a 23 year old Kathleen F. Harragin

Another son Sydney George is 24 in 1917

I saw those documents, but could find nothing in Trinidad for the Harrigan family.
I wonder if their births were recorded in America or England, or not at all?

When Arthur Campbell Harrigan marries in the New York USA in1916.
He gives his parents names as Harris Harrigan and Emily Dick.

Also gives same parents on 1953 immigration record
