Having trouble identifying what the word says at the bottom. The image suggests Loard, Gloucestershire, England. However, there is no such place called 'Loard'. Any ideas, please? Thank you.Ps: This is a 1851 Census Record
Does the first page of the census give any clues from the enumerators route?
What is the birth place for the next census entry (over the page?)
Charlton Kings (different household, surname Cox).
The 1841 census appears to corroborate that she was born in Gloucestershire. She's listed near to Edwin Humphris there too, which suggests he may well be her son. Tracing him back to his baptism might reveal his father's name and lead you to his (the father's) marriage to Margaret - which might give a hint of where to look.
